Up to 21,000 words! Wrote the last 1k words in roughly four hours.
Now if I could just concentrate for one day and just spend it writing, imagine how much I could get done.

I can now add hash browns to my list of idiot-proof, cheap meals I can make for myself. :D
The first potato I tried, I grated, but our grater was too fine, and I pretty much demolished the poor thing. :/
Second potato, I peeled, diced, and tossed into a pan (along with the first fail!potato). Fried it with butter, and it turned out alright.
Even better, I managed to pull off a perfect pan-flip. I haven't done that since I quit working Valentino's. :)

I thought I would never see this day. I am just in awe of myself. Still a long ways to go, but that finish line is getting closer with every new paragraph.
Also, sometimes I worry about the stuff my brain comes up with when it comes to writing. I put my characters through such hell... :P

05:48 pm - Yesterday was interesting
Saturday was Free Comic Book Day, so Justin and I drove up to Omaha to hang out at Krypton Comics for the day. Didn't get Adam Baldwin's autograph or pic, but I did catch a glimpse of him. Picked up another Deadpool anthology while I was there.
Met up with the NebrasKon people and talked with them for a while.
Justin convinced me that we should grab Valentino's before we left. We got there around 1:45, so when I asked for the last two slices of pepperoni pizza, the guy behind the counter said I could have them on the house because lunch was over. So yeah, free food. :)
However, the real highlight of the day was the trip up there and back. Because "we had an hour of driving ahead of us and nothing to talk about," Justin wanted to bring up a really serious subject that he'd been thinking about for a while:
"Hypothetically speaking, how would you feel if we decided to co-habitate and move in together?"
So for nearly two hours, we talked about the possibility of us living together, and how we would go about dealing with each other. :D Unfortunately, it won't be happening anytime soon, but it may happen sometime this year. But still freaking AWESOME. <3
I am definitely looking forward to it.

To those who in high school who bullied me, teased me, spurned or shunned me, caused me grief, stole from me, or lied to me... I forgive you. I feel no hate or resentment towards you. I'm over it, and I've been over it for a while. It's stupid and pointless to hold a grudge over something that happened a decade ago. In many cases, karma has repaid itself in kind. Hate bears nothing but hate, and life is too short to devote myself to petty negativity. I'm a happier and stronger person now, and you can't take that away from me anymore. Also, I'm smoking hot when I want to be.
